Return & Refund Policies

This is a concise version of our return & refund policies. For a our general terms and conditions of our services, please check this one.

Shipping & Handling fee cannot be refunded after the list or service is delivered, with no exception.

Lists can not be used for any illegal activities, or your end user license will be terminated.

For the list purchases:

Once the list has been delivered, we don't accept return for refund, except

1) There are significant flaws from our side when handling the list, or 
2) You reach a free trial deal when you place the order and return the product as instructed within the free trial period, or
3) Other return conditions are discussed and agreed before your purchase

The following situations are not considered as "significant flaw":
1) Small (5% or less) difference between the estimated number and the final delivered list. 
2) Inaccurate information with the delivered list
3) Ignored criteria due to invalid input
4) Other small issues caused by misunderstandings, program bugs, typos, and other human mistakes, which do not effect the general purpose of the list

When download option is selected, the list is regarded as "delivered" once we send out the download link or the list by email. 

For other services

We only issue whole or partial refund when 

1) There are significant flaws from our side when handling the list. 
2) Service is not completed within agreement timeframe
3) Other return conditions are discussed and agreed before your purchase

If a purchased service is cancelled during the processing or delivering, we can issue partial refund based on the percentage of the delivery.

Free trial deals

If a free trial deal is reached when you place the order and you want to cancel the order, you need
1) remove the list or software from your computer (or any computers you installed them) you already received from this deal within the free trial period
2) return (if required) or destroy the product as instructed. If a return is required, you need pay the shipping charge for returning the product.
3) if no return is needed, send a request via mail, contact form or fax to inform us your intend to cancel the order within the free trial period, please include the original order number.
4) your refund will be processed within 15 business days after we receive the returned product or cancel notice.
5) original shipping & handling charge won't be refunded, unless they are explicitly included in the free trial deal.
6) 15% restocking fee may be charged, unless explicitly excluded in the deal.

Forced Charge back or cancelled check

All billing issues must be solved by parties involved in the original deals and we are always willing to solve any issues under any reasonable terms. 

Customers must obtain refund directly from the payment receiver or us. If a customer forces the refund by requesting charge back of credit card payment, or by stopping the check payment, the disputed payment will be collected by outside collection agent, plus collecting fee for each case.

Refund can only be made to the original format. Credit card payment can only be refunded as credit to the original card charged. Check, Bank wire payment will be refunded by check. Paypal refund will be credited to original account. Western Union or Money Gram payment will be refunded by check to the original sender.
